What Vybe is

Vybe is a free music bot for Discord. You can add it to a server you manage and control it from Discord commands or from the web panel at vybe.pcdev.dev. There is no premium tier, no paywalled feature and nothing to buy.

Using it

By adding Vybe to a server, or by using it in one, you agree to what is on this page.

• Do not use Vybe to play content you do not have the right to play in that server.
• Do not use it to harass people, to play content that breaks Discord's Terms of Service, or to break the law in your country.
• Do not try to overload, scrape or reverse the bot or the panel, and do not automate requests against them.
• Server owners are responsible for who they let control the bot. The permission system is there for you to use.

The web panel

The panel controls a bot that is playing to real people in a real voice channel. What you can do there is checked against your Discord roles and your voice state every time, and a server administrator can always override. Do not treat access to the panel as permission to disrupt a channel you are not in.

Availability

Vybe runs on hardware we own and on audio infrastructure that is partly outside our control. We keep it up because we want it up, not because we have promised you a percentage. There is no uptime guarantee, no service level agreement and no compensation for downtime. It is a free bot.

We may restart, change, limit or take features away, including at short notice, usually because something upstream broke.

Removing it, and us removing it

You can remove Vybe from your server at any time and nothing of yours is left behind, because nothing was stored.

We may remove Vybe from a server, or block a user or a server from using it, if it is being used for anything on the list above. We do not have to warn you first, though usually we will.

Liability

Vybe is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss, damage or disruption arising from using it or from not being able to use it. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by an agreement.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. Carrying on using Vybe after a change means the new version applies.
